Dictation

The Enforcer platform offers dictation built-in. By clicking the microphone icon on the top formatting bar on a microphone enabled device, you can use your voice to author reports instead of needing to type.

The best rule to have the best outcome is to talk slowely and clearly. The dictation program is unopinionated, so it won't try and guess when you want something. So feel free to take pauses without worrying about periods and other unwanted formatting. But with that, remember to say "period", "comma" and "new line" when you want those things.

Formatting

We offer formatting that is compatable with all varieties of Record Management Systems. No more worries about issues copying from Microsoft Word or other processors. Simply type and export with ease.

To use formatting, select the correct icon on the top formatting bar located above the report. Or use your favorite keyboard shortcuts; those are supported too!
